Romney

Primaries

With the results rolling in from polls, Americans can see that Mitt Romney will be the Republican Party’s nominee. Wining 3 states last night helped make this call. Although, Romney had no problem pulling ahead in NC, it is considered to be a very tough state for the general election. WV, on the other hand, should be a very easy win for the Republican candidate. In the Indiana primary, Mitt Romney once again pulled out on top!

Romney now has more than 900 delegates, after wins Tuesday. The former Massachusetts governor needs 1,144 delegates to clinch his party’s nomination and earn the chance to face the Democratic incumbent.

Although it is looking good for Mitt Romney, anything can happen in the world of politics. Obama needs  strong opponent.
